All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) per case of 12 bottles, except where otherwise stated.

• Our normal Terms of Sale apply E&OE.  
• All wines are offered subject to final confirmation in Pounds Sterling.
• All wines are offered lying In Bond (except those marked dp which are Duty Paid) at LCB.
• All prices are quoted per case of 12 bottles, except where otherwise stated.
• The minimum order is £200.00 excluding VAT.
• Duty (currently £20.25 per 12 bottle case (equal to 9 litres)) and VAT will be charged separately as appropriate.
• Delivery to UK mainland is free of charge for orders with a superior value of £1000.00.
• We are happy to quote for overseas delivery.
• Availability: We will advise on any shipping delays for stocks still lying overseas.
• Payment is due on invoice, and may be made by bank transfer, UK cheque (allow 5 working days for cheques to clear) or certain debit and credit cards (there is a 2% surcharge on credit card payments).
• Invoices and orders cannot be cancelled or refused acceptance after full payment has been received. 
• The placing and accepting of oral orders shall form a contract on these terms, conditional upon our written confirmation of order which may be by the delivery of an invoice.
• All our contracts are made under English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
