Chateau Nenin

An unusually extensive property when compared to other similar holdings in the Pomerol region. This chateau has been a firm favourite among the British Royal Family for a long time.

It was owned by the Despujol family until 1997 when it was bought up by Jean-Hubert and Michel Delon, the proprietors of Chateau Léoville-Las-Cases. Michel Rolland stays on as an expert consultant who constantly refines the quality of the wine through time-hallowed methods.

The vineyard extends across 25 hectares with grape varieties of 70 percent Merlot, 20 percent Cabernet Franc and 10 percent Cabernet Sauvignon being planted.
